The Pentagon said on Apr. 29, a Russian Su-27 barrel-rolled over a U.S. Air Force RC-135 above the Baltic Sea. That was the second incident this month.

During the first encounter on Apr. 14, the Su-27 came within 50 feet of the American spy plane. On Friday, the pilot of the Russian fighter approached alongside within 25 feet of the RC-135.
