Final T-6B for U.S. Navy delivered

The 148th and final T-6B ordered by the U.S. Navy has been delivered to Training Air Wing 5 at Naval Air Station Whiting Field on Jun. 21.

The trainer flew over the airfield as the lead aircraft in a three-ship formation during its delivery flight.

  1. This is not the final T-6B for the Navy but is the 148th and last for TAW-5. It is in fact the 151st T-6B delivered. The final aircraft will be the 252nd T-6B delivered to the Navy.
