Ukraine’s Grom-2 being funded by undisclosed buyer

Ukraine’s defense companies have received around $40 million to develop the Grom-2 tactical ballistic missile system, Ukrainian media reported.

Yuzhnoye Design Bureau and the Pavlograd Chemical Plant are in charge of developing the weapon and testing could start this Fall.
