The Turkish Air Force has appointed its first female squadron commander and she will lead the 134th Squadron which is also the aerobatics team “Turkish Stars.”
Maj. Esra Özatay joined the Turkish Stars in 2014 and flew the No. 4 position in the NF-5A.
