Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) has to redesign certain parts on its Surion utility helicopter after it failed to pass extreme climate tests in the United States.

During testing in humid and freezing conditions, there was ice buildup in certain components. KAI will now have to redesign those parts in order to meet certification requirements.
