Airbus is running into trouble selling 50 H225Ms to Poland after the latter’s Development Ministry broke off from talks on an offset deal that forms part of the contract for the purchase.

“Differences in the negotiating positions of both sides have prevented the reaching of a compromise, therefore further talks are regarded as pointless,” said the ministry.
Polish laws require Airbus to offer an offset deal that is equal or greater in value than the contract.
