The Admiral Kuznetsov task force has canceled a plan to stop at the Spanish port of Ceuta in Northern Africa for fuel.

Spain said Moscow had withdrawn the request while Russia said there was no plan at all to stop there for refueling.
Spain had been under pressure from NATO allies to decline the request.
