India plans to arm its Israeli-made UAVs under Project Cheetah

India will arm its Israeli-made Heron and Searcher unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) with missiles under Project Cheetah.

“Under the project, we are planning to equip our Searchers and Herons with advance snooping capabilities and missiles which can target terrorists and their hideouts both within India and if required, across the borders,” an anonymous defense official was quoted as saying.
