The Republic of Singapore Air Force’s (RSAF) alternate runway exercise, whereby a road is converted for launching and recovery of fighter aircraft, is back this year after a hiatus of eight-years.
Code-named Exercise Torrent, South East Asia’s only road runway exercise will take place again at Lim Chu Kang Road from Nov. 10-14.
The RSAF’s orbat has changed significantly over the years, gone are the E-2C and F-5E/Fs from its inventory. Will the F-15SG be making its debut at this exercise? Stay tuned as we shall bring you updates over the weekend.
