A South Korean Army colonel has been criticized for standing on top of the FLIR sensor of a U.S. Navy MH-60S helicopter during a tour of aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan last month.
South Korean authorities defend his actions, saying he had permission to do that while the media said he was asked to stop by U.S. Navy officers.
