U.S. wants comms agreement with India so that both can track Chinese subs using P-8

Head of PACOM, Adm. Harry Harris, told reporters in India that he look forward to New Delhi signing the Communications Compatibility and Security Agreement (COMCASA) with Washington so that both sides can enhance their tracking of Chinese submarines.
