MDA wants “transportable” GBIs

The U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has posted a Request for Information (RFI) on the Federal Business Opportunity site to solicited on ideas for “transportable” Ground Based Interceptors (GBIs).

The MDA defines transportable as being able to reposition and setup everything within days compared to hours for a mobile system.
