BAE Systems has selected Lockheed Martin’s Mk 41 Vertical Launching System for the three Type 26 anti-submarine warfare frigates that it has been contracted to build for the Royal Navy.
The press release from Lockheed says each ship will be equipped with three 8-cell MK 41 VLS modules.
