TASS reported on Mar. 21 that the Avangard hypersonic glide vehicle can first be equipped on the UR-100N silo-launched liquid-propellant intercontinental ballistic missile.
The anonymous source said these missiles were transferred from Ukraine to repay debts in the early 2000s and have been under storage since then.
