A black SUV crashed inside the checkpoint of Travis Air Force Base on Mar. 22 and the driver, who was killed in the crash, has been identified.
The authorities identified the person as 51-year-old Hafiz Kazi. Five propane tanks, three phones and several lighters were later found inside the vehicle, which caught fire.
The FBI is still trying to determine the motive.
