Citing Czech radar firm Retia, Vietnam news outlet Bao Dat Viet says the country has managed to modernized its P-18 radar system.
The article says a total of 18 radars have been upgraded to the P-18M standard. The consoles have been upgraded and features LCD panels. The new system can detect up to 200 targets and four ECCM noise-canceling antennas were added to each radar.
