Taiwan’s 21st Fighter Squadron moving from Luke AFB to Tucson

The U.S. Air Force has announced that it plans to relocate the 21st Fighter Squadron from Luke Air Force Base to the Arizona Air National Guard facility at Tucson International Airport by Dec. 31, 2019.

The 21st Fighter Squadron trains F-16 pilots from Taiwan.

The service says the move is necessary to free up more space for F-35s at Luke.
