Japan to deploy Ospreys at Saga airport

The Saga Prefecture governor has agreed to let the central government deploy its new MV-22 Ospreys at Saga airport on Aug. 24.

In return, Tokyo has to pay $90 million over 20 years as landing fees.

Kyodo news added that the first five of 17 Ospreys ordered by Japan are expected to arrive this fall.
