South Korea to lift grounding of F-16s, fuel starvation was cause of crash in February

South Korea has completed its investigation into the crash of a F-16D into the Yellow Sea on Feb. 27. The air force will start to lift the grounding of the jets.

Investigators have determined that the fuel system had failed in the combustion chamber section of the engine, leading to a flameout. This is the first time it has happen.
