Speaking in Singapore on Jun. 2, Indonesia’s Defense Minister Ryamizard Ryacudu told TASS that delivery of the Su-35 will commence by the end of the year.

Ryacudu says the Trade Ministry and Finance Ministry have yet to sign off the deal, leading to its delay. However, he expects them to approve it eventually.
