An officer from Vietnam’s air force has graduated from the U.S. Air Force Aviation Leadership Program (ALP) at Columbus Air Force Base.
Capt. Toai Dang is the first Vietnamese to graduate from ALP. A fellow Vietnamese Lt. Doan Van Canh is attending the course as well.
