Dunlop is the highest-ranking female fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force and was the first female fighter test pilot for the service.

Air Force Times reported that she is under several inspector general investigations and an anonymous source said Dunlop had fostered a toxic work environment at the office, which handles some of the most secretive classified programs.
