Crews of Ronald Reagan CSG and JS Myoko mark end of World War 2

Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) guided-missile destroyer JS Myoko joined the Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group (CSG) in the Philippine for combined operations from Aug. 13-23 and both sides held a brief ceremony highlighting the end of World War II.


The press release from the U.S. Navy added that the CSG and and JS Myoko conducted communication drills while senior leadership participated in exchanges.
