Saab Canada president Simon Carroll says his company has yet to decide whether to join its European counterparts in withdrawing from Canada’s fighter competition.

Carroll says the Swedish company is still making a security assessment on the Two Eyes network that NORAD runs. All bidders must ensure that their offering will work with Two Eyes.
