Red Arrows pilot was fatigued and distracted before crash

Investigations into the crash of a Red Arrows jet on Mar. 20 last year has revealed that the pilot was fatigued, distracted and experiencing reduced situational awareness when the jet crash.

Although Flt. Lt. David Stark survive the crash, his backseater Cpl. Jonathan Bayliss was killed when the plane stalled during a simulated engine failure.
