Can Force One damaged

The Royal Canadian Air Force’s CC-150 VIP aircraft, known also as Can Force One, has suffered damaged to its nose and right engine cowling during a towing accident.

The aircraft was being towed in a hangar at CFB Trenton when it jumped chocks while the crew was switching tow trucks. The nose hit the hangar wall while the engine struck a tow tractor.

Airbus and General Electric assessed the damages and determined that the jet could only be return to air in August next year.
