The U.S. Navy has given its F-16A fleet an additional 500 hours of service life for each aircraft via the FalconUp modification program.

Next step would be the Falcon Star program to increase the service life with an additional 3750 hours per jet.
Boyd Forsythe, PMA-226 adversary program team lead, says this will extend the USN F-16A operational life through 2025.
