Germany to withdraw Tornado ECR fighters from Jordan

Germany will withdraw its Tornado ECR fighters from Jordan from end of this month, new outlets reported.

Their mission to monitor ISIS is supposed to be taken over by Italy but a decision from Rome awaits.

Germany will also deploy a radar at Ain al-Asad airbase in western Iraq to plug a gap in coverage.
