The Pentagon has carried out the launch of a common hypersonic glide body (C-HGB) from the Pacific Missile Range Facility, Kauai, Hawaii on Mar. 19.
The launch was executed by the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army as both will be using the C-HGB for the Army’s Long Range Hypersonic Weapon program and Navy’s Conventional Prompt Strike program.
