The New Generation Seastar amphibious aircraft has made its maiden flight on Mar. 28. The flight was performed by Dornier Seawings test pilot crew and took 31 minutes, according to the news release.

Hong Kong’s Security Bureau was notified on Mar. 31 by China on a helicopter accident by the People’s Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison a day earlier.
