A TC-135W declared an inflight emergency on May 7 after taking off from Offutt Air Force Base at 10:22 a.m. local time.
The crew notified the tower that the aircraft had a hydraulic issue and by 11:26 a.m. an emergency was declared. Nineteen minutes later the aircraft was safely on the ground.
