The Republic of China Air Force (RoCAF) will mark its 100th anniversary next month on the 15th and for the flying display, F-16 #6677 from the 26 Tactical Fighter Group at Hualien will be used instead of the usual F-16 #6635.
This is because #6635 is undergoing modifications to become a F-16V and is not available.
The demo pilot Maj. Lin Hsüan Ch’i went to Hualien to have his first practice on the new aircraft on Jul. 20.
