India’s new Air Force One has reach home

The first of two Boeing 777 airliners modified as the VVIP aircraft for the Indian government has arrived home on Oct. 1.


The jet, VT-ALV, landed at Indira Gandhi International Airport and was greeted by Air India Chairman and Managing Director Rajiv Bansal, senior officials from the airline and representatives from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation and the Indian Air Force.
