VH-92 making more regular flights over Washington D.C.

Vertical Magazine has observed that the U.S. Marine Corps’ new VH-92 presidential helicopter has been making more frequent flights
over Washington, D.C.

“The VH-92A aircraft are conducting both training and test flights throughout the Nation’s Capital region,” a spokesperson for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) told Vertical in an email. 

Vertical Magaine speculates that the Sikorsky helicopter could be making trips to the White House to test whether the engine exhausts continue to scortch the lawn.
