Philippines hopes to sign contract for 2 C-130Js this year

Philippine’s Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana says he hopes to sign the contract to buy 2 C-130J cargo aircraft by end of this year.

The request was for five aircraft but the COVID pandemic took away funds for the purchase.
