The Biden administration will nominate Pacific Fleet commander Adm. John Aquilino, to lead INDO-PACOM. Replacing Aquilino as head of Pacific Fleet will be Vice Adm. Sam Paparo.
Both men are career fighter pilots and have flown the F-14 and F/A-18 during their careers.
