The UN peacekeeping mission in Mali (MINUSMA) has concluded that a French air strike in Bounty on Jan. 3 had killed civilians.

The strike had targeted a wedding and at least three suspected members of the Katiba Serma militant group were killed. Nineteen other civilians died as well.
