AeroVironment gets contract to export Switchblade 300

AeroVironment has secured a $45 million contract to sell the Switchblade 300 kamikaze drone to the U.S. Army and an allied nation.

Delivery will take place over a two-year period.

It was reported that Britain was cleared to buy the Switchblade.
