HMLA-169 replacing HMLA-267 at MCAS Futenma, Japan

HMLA-267 will be replaced by HMLA-169 as the Unit Deployment Program (UDP) squadron at MCAS Futenma, Japan this week.

Before departing home for Camp Pendleton, HMLA-267 carried out a Mission Rehearsal Exercise on and around the island of Okinawa, Japan.

The unit practice Close Air Support, escort and combat assault transport missions in support of the III Marine Expeditionary Force.
