Aviacionline reports that the delivery of 10 TC-12s to Argentina is delayed with the first aircraft making its first test flight on Jul. 2.

Argentina bought these excess turboprop aircraft from the U.S. Navy and they were supposed to be delivered last month.
The country is said to have been late in making payments to the contractor that is refurbishing the aircraft.
