Shield AI has announced another acquisition, this time the company will buy over Martin UAV, maker of the V-BAT.
Shield says it will integrate its autonomy software Hivemind on the V-BAT. This allows V-BAT to be the first and only Group 3 UAS that can operate in GPS- and communications- denied environments.
