Three Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) airmen were killed by a colleague on Aug. 13 at a base in Kota Samarahan. The gunman later killed himself.
The suspect had seized a firearm in the guardhouse shortly after 7 o’clock in the morning and shot a corporal who tried to stop him. The corporal was injured in the stomach and died in the hospital two hours later.
The suspect then went into a room to kill another two airmen.
A senior police officer said the case will be investigated as murder.
