Two Russian paratroopers were killed in Belarus during an exercise on Nov. 12. Their parachutes had collided in a gust of wind and deflated.
Russia had deployed troops to Belarus amid tensions between Belarus and Poland over refugees amassing on their border.
Moscow say those paratroopers have return back to the country.
