The Brazilian Air Force has decided to move forward with its plan to cut its order for the Embraer KC-390 tactical transport from 28 to 15 airframes.
Embraer says the move was done unilaterally and the aerospace firm is considering taking legal actions. The company’s shares fell by more than 8 percent on Nov. 12.
