The S-70M Black Hawk has obtained its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certificate of Airworthiness.

As it is a Restricted Category Special Airworthiness Certificate, the S-70M is not accepted widely on the international market. Therefore, it is available to the U.S. commercial/civil market.
