It has been disclosed that Uganda has chosen India’s Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to provide maintenance and technical support for its fleet of five Su-30 fighters.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Uganda Air Force chief Lt. Gen. Charles Lutaaya at the Indian High Commission in Kampala on Mar. 4.
