Gürcan Okumuş, manager of Tubitak SAGE, says mass production of the company’s Bozok laser-guided munition has started.
He added that a new penetrating warhead has been developed for Bozok and will undergo testing. The range of the weapon has been extended from 8 to 15km.
“We are aiming for an even longer range,” he was quoted as saying.
