Last F-14 in USN service will be moving to Cradle of Aviation Museum

Felix 101, F-14D BuNo 164603, will be moving from Bethpage to the Cradle of Aviation Museum. Northrup Grumman will be helping to pay for and support the relocation.

The warbird needs to relocate as the land it is sitting on has been sold to a California company and it is seeking property-tax breaks and a sales-tax exemption from the county. However, the Industrial Development Agency could not vote on the package of tax-aid until a new location for the Tomcat is determined.
