An unmanned air vehicle (UAV) took off from Taiwan’s Hualien airbase on Jun. 25 and the aircraft flew for 10 hours with its ADS B transponder turned on.
The aircraft is likely to be the indigenous Teng Yun being developed by the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology of Taiwan.
Data shows the UAV flying up to FL240 and cruising at 160 kits while over the Taiwan Strait.
