F-22s rotating into Kadena air base, Japan as F-15Cs begin withdrawal

The U.S. Air Force will send approximately 12 F-22s to Kadena air base, Japan to replace the F-15Cs being stationed there, Japanese Defense Minister Yasukazu Hamada announced.

Hamada says the deployment of F-22s will be a semi-annual rotation going forward.
